Pretty and petite. The fixed side window and shaped facia to the front (there is no facia for the back)add the charm of this 'darling' building. The optional verandah has railings that are not shaped.

We aim to always provide the very best playhouses made from a high grade ship-lap tongue and groove construction. It is distinguished from fast grown type timber used on cheaper playhouses from other manufacturers. The tongue and groove construction means this playhouse is better sealed from the elements. The timber used is a continental slow grown timber. Slower grown timber means tighter grain, extra strength and longer life.

Playhouse Framework: A robust planed 34 x 34mm (1 1/2" x 1 1/2") framework (walls and floor) that gives the building strength and rounded edges for extra safety

Floor: The playhouse floor is manufactured from high quality tongue and groove matching pattern boarding. 

Roof: The roof is constructed from Oriented Strand Board (OSB) with included roofing felt. 

Walls: The playhouse walls are constructed using high quality softwood planed tongue and groove shiplap pattern boarding. 

Treatment: Building is supplied pre-treated on both sides in a honey brown water based industrial product. We recommend that the building is treated with suitable decorative wood finish immediately and within 3 weeks of assembly. We further recommend all pieces be treated again at least annually or as frequently as the instructions of the product used recommends.

Windows: Styrene for extra safety.

Please note - Due to the high quality of the playhouses they are quite large, this means they will not be able to fit through a house. Please ensure you have access avaliable round a side passage or alternative access to the desired area where you intend to build it.
